Crystal Sound Healing Training

~ a 12 week online journey

The crystal bowl training was an incredible sound experience with a strong psychological, scientific and trauma-sensitive foundation. On my own music-therapy path it brought me into a deep connection with the healing resonance of crystal bowls, offered a sense of safety in emotional processing, and opened a unique way of perceiving the colours of individual emotions.

I am grateful for the truly unique manual, which not only clearly supports the entire course but also serves as a tool for self-inquiry. The training gave me not only theoretical insight but, above all, practical skills and techniques for playing the crystal bowls. It is suitable even for those who are just choosing their first bowl as I was. For me, the entire crystal-woven journey was unique, healing and transformational.

I am searching for words that could capture what the Crystal Training opened within me the doorway I was allowed to step through with wonder on all sides. I not only entered it, I fell in love with it and I am still in that love, more and more deeply. I am already enrolled in Crystal Training Level 2.

The alchemical bowls have become my most intimate companion. I am deeply grateful for the way they allow me to connect with tenderness, courage, and with all the emotions and sensations to feel and to care for what arises.

With excitement and curiosity, I had the chance to experience a truly professional approach calm, radiant clarity in every module, in the guidance, the expertise, the meetings, the learning and the storytelling. The lived experience of sound itself is so powerful that it steals your breath and slows time you want to perceive every second, even while everything inside of you is rushing with incredible intensity.

With deep gratitude, I thank you for the chance to be part of this to be connected with all of this and to now have the possibility to carry a piece of it further into the world.

This year I completed a three-month training for professional sound therapy teachers. I studied online from the comfort of my home, in a rhythm that never felt stressful, which allowed me to give my full attention to topics directly related to sound itself as well as to its broader use in self-regulation and in its therapeutic potential from practitioner to client.

The range of topics Jaruška offers within the field of psychosomatic health provides a careful and thoughtful insight into where and how we can move so that a therapist can evolve from spontaneous or intuitive playing towards intentional, tailored sound work. I am very grateful for the gentle guidance throughout the entire process.

Of course, Jaruška herself plays the bowls beautifully I enjoyed every moment and even purchased my first bowl. I am personally very sensitive to voice to the way teachers, yoga instructors or lecturers sound because the voice reflects what cannot be hidden. Perhaps that is why this training drew me in and continues to fascinate me.

One of my 2024 highlights was being a student in JaRoisin’s crystal bowl sound healing certification course. I absolutely loved everything about it. I entered the course simply to make sure I was playing the crystal bowls correctly and I took everything else as a bonus. But I am leaving with the realisation that everything I thought was “extra” was exactly what I needed in order to know how to play. I needed to learn to attune myself to stillness, to recognise emotions, sensitivity and more. It gave me a powerful dose of self-regulation, thanks to which I can now guide sound baths responsibly both towards myself and my clients. And it is precisely because of that that I now know how to play the crystal bowls.

Jaroisin has a rare gift for sharing knowledge with kindness in a way that is truly graspable for everyone. I also love the course platform and the ability to return to it at any time each time I find something new. I do have one warning though: these trainings are highly addictive and you will not want to stop.

When I entered my first training with Jaroisin, I had no idea what awaited me. I only knew I was drawn to her bowls and her gentle guidance — and that was it. Studying with her and working with alchemical crystal bowls has initiated my healing on a deep level. Suddenly patterns are revealing themselves — patterns I had no idea existed. Insights and answers are coming. Often it is uncomfortable and painful, because it is necessary to fully feel what was once suppressed. But it moves me forward in an extraordinary way.

Thanks to Jaroisin’s teaching, the bowls, and my daughter, I am slowly shedding the layers of the past and finally returning to myself to who I truly am beneath all the sediments of life. It is not easy, but it is incredibly freeing and healing. I am deeply grateful and already looking forward to the next training.

An intensive training rich in theory, beautifully balanced with plenty of space to practically try and embody everything we learned. Jaroisin is truly the right person in the right place her range of experience is vast. Throughout the entire training she holds a safe container, soothes with word or sound where it is needed, and gently but bravely nudges the places that are ready to be seen.

This training gave me a deep understanding of sound and its beneficial influence on both body and (s)oul. Beyond sound, we also immersed ourselves in psychology, trauma-sensitive approaches, emotions and the many layers of the human psyche. Jaruška shared the most up-to-date knowledge and her own insights on how to create a safe, high-quality crystal bowl session, what to be mindful of, how to work with contraindications, and what benefits sound baths bring.

As the cherry on top, she gifted us a generous amount of resources and tips to help us deepen the foundations we built during the course.

I had the opportunity to be part of Jaroisin's Crystal Training Level II. This module not only helped me deepen my sensitivity in working with therapeutic crystal instruments, but also led me to better understand my own inner experience. From that place, it becomes possible to understand the client’s experience and needs, and to choose an appropriate sound therapy with intention.
